🌐 What Is the Apollo VIP  IKS Server?

VIP Service is a premium server subscription for compatible satellite receivers. It is linked directly to the receiver’s serial number and provides enhanced features beyond the standard device service.

Depending on the receiver model and provider, VIP may include improved server access, IPTV support, Electronic Program Guide (EPG) features, channel-management tools, subtitle options, and other advanced viewing functions.

The service is available only for supported receivers running the required software version. Before activation, the device should be updated, connected to the internet, and have a stable satellite signal.

Because VIP is activated through the receiver serial number, it is assigned to one specific device. Features, channel availability, and service performance may vary by region, satellite coverage, receiver model, and the original service provider. All content access is subject to the provider’s policies and applicable licensing rules.  

🛑Before Placing an Order

Please make sure that:

1. Your receiver software is updated to the latest available version.
2. Your satellite signal and internet connection are stable.
3. You have your receiver serial number ready.

You can usually find the serial number by following: Menu → System Settings → STB / About Device

Submit the serial number when placing your order. Once the request is received, our team will review compatibility and complete the activation process where applicable. A receiver restart may be required after activation.

Service availability, channel line-ups, and package features are controlled by the original licensed provider and may change without notice. Some channels or features may occasionally be unavailable because of provider-side maintenance, satellite conditions, regional restrictions, or technical updates.

Once an activation has been completed, orders may not be refundable. Please confirm your receiver model, subscription type, and serial number carefully before submitting your request.
